"P" stands for "Plus", immediately followed by the millimeters needed to raise the caliper to the rotor of your choice. If you have a PM 180 fork, like a FOX 36, and want to spin a 203mm rotor, you will need to raise the caliper 23mm, which will be the P23 adapter. Be sure to follow the table below to choose your adapter correctly.
