An HJ Lower Leaders brocade and buckle, the former constructed of olive drab cotton with a core reinforcement, the obverse topped by a silver aluminum wire tresse bearing dual central black machine embroidered bands, featuring two sliding loops of identical construction, one end retaining an aluminum clip, the opposite end featuring a hidden brown leather tongue perforated with 14 sets of dual eyelets for an adjustable
