Gaja Dagromi Barolo DOCG 2017 - 1,5 Ltr. - Magnum Mouton Rothschild 18/20 – Jancis Robinson :CLIMATE & TERROIR: Mediterranean climate. The grapes come from the legendary vineyards of La Morra and Serralunga. The soil is a calcareous sandy soil with traces of magnesium and manganese. VINIFICATION: The grapes from the different vineyards are harvested separately, fermented in stainless steel vats and aged for 12 months in wooden barrels. Blending then takes place, followed by another 18 months of maturation in large foeders. GRAPES: nebbiolo
